Midtown East, Westshore’s tallest building, boasts sustainable amenities like smart-energy systems, outdoor access on every floor, a heat-reflective roof, high-speed elevators and more. Conceived with talent at the center of every design detail, Midtown East offers a flexible and vibrant environment to foster collaboration and creativity.
Tampa Electric and People’s Gas (TECO), the primary utility company serving Tampa Bay, was headquartered in 60 year old building in downtown Tampa with no amenities, antiquated building systems, and only 90 parking spots for over 900 employees. Bromley partnered with TECO by developing their new corporate HQ through an innovative condo structure within a larger building providing prominent branding, increasing parking tenfold, and providing a full set of amenities inside and surrounding their building.
Bromley was able to provide a comprehensive tailored solution to TECO to allow their relocation to be seamless from beginning to end, resulting in a comfortable and exciting environment for its employees through the following steps:

- – Provided executive team with a comprehensive strategy to relocate them to a brand new HQ comprised of space requirements analysis, existing lease analysis, design coordination, budgeting, forecasting, public relations strategy, and employee engagement strategy.

- – Developed a new “building within a building” 300K SF office condo for TECO within a 440K SF energy efficient modern glass tower with hurricane resistant glass, 30 feet above sea level – critical factors for a utility company in storm-prone Florida
- – Increased company visibility in community by providing prominent building signage and developing a full building lighting package to increase building identity
